Victorian fancy gold albert chain

A 9 carat gold albert chain circa 1880 with pretty and unusual links – fancy knot links interspersed with engraved elongated bars. The chain is 15 and 3/4 inches long and weighs 36.2 grams. No wear in between the links, fine quality and immaculate. Nine carat alberts are most suitable and practical for everyday wear as they are harder wearing than 18 carat examples.
