Turquoise and coral heart pendant

Fine quality, large heart pendant, circa 1900. It is high carat gold and set with angel skin coral within a surround of turquoise and natural pearls, surmounted by a rose-cut diamond and pearl pansy with rose-cut diamond bale. The heart measures 1 and 3/4 inches by one inch and is immaculate.
