Man-in-the-moon

An 18 carat gold brooch, circe 1900, set with a carved moonstone man-in-the-moon within a crescent moon of rose-cut diamonds and shooting stars. The brooch measures 1.5 inches by 1/2 an inch and is in a fitted case. I love his grumpy little face. Well carved and immaculate.
