Georgian diamond poissarde hoops

Rather fabulous Georgian rose-cut diamond poissarde hoops, French, circa 1800. The earrings are high carat gold and set with rose-cut diamonds in foiled silver settings. The total diamond content is approximately 4 carats. The earrings have their original gold reverse ear fittings. They are 2 inches long and 1/2 an inch wide front centre. Light and comfortable on the ear, sparkling, immaculate.
