Look at that little face. A monochrome watercolour miniature of a baby set to a high carat gold brooch and pendant mount, under domed crystal, circa 1830. She wears a muslin frock and a lace mob cap. One can imagine her wriggling and squirming whilst sitting for her portrait. The pendant measures 1 and 1/4 inches by 1 and 1/4 inches and is immaculate.
