Ref  NC3  Georgian Hair Girandoles

How these has survived in such remarkable conditon I do not know. An unusual pair of gilt and hairwork earrings, circa 1820, in the girandole form of three drops suspended from a central top with floral motif. The earrings are 2.5 inches long and 3/4 of an inch wide at their widest point. Quite ethereal, as light as a feather on the ear and immaculate.
