Ref  TF1  Painting on an Easel

Whimiscal silver and enamel brooch reflecting the Victorian taste for novelty jewellery, with an enamel painting of a coastal scene on a silver easel. To reverse a design registry mark for Green, Cadbury and Richards of Birmingham, 1880. The brooch measures  1 and 1/3 inches by 1 and 1/8 inches and is immaculate. There is an identical example in the Hull Grundy collection, British Museum.
