Georgian heart-shaped Burma ruby and diamond pendant

A Georgian heart-shaped pendant, circa 1780 – 1800. It is silver and set with natural Burma rubies and old-cut and rose-cut diamonds, all gems in closed back settings. There are approximately 1.80 carats of rubies and 0.45 carats of diamonds in total. The pendant measures 1 and 1/8 inches by 3/4 of an inch and is bright and immaculate.
