Georgian turquoise lover’s knot

Sweet little ring circa 1820, in the form of a lover’s knot holding a heart and set with turquoise symbolising forget-me-not. It is high carat gold and the band is engraved. The ring is size I and 1/2 [US 4 and 1/2], original and immaculate.
