Ref  SC4   Georgian Table-cut Diamond Ring

Georgian table-cut diamond ring, circa 1780. The high carat gold shank with ribbed reverse supports a row of graduated table-cut diamonds, set silver in foiled and closed back settings, flanked by table-cut diamond shoulders . The ring is size L [US 5 and 1/2] and can be sized and the diamond-set section measures 2/3 of an inch by 1/4 of an inch. It is so difficult to find original 18th century table-cut diamond rings and this one is immaculate.
